Payments

You can use PayPal to shop at Lovencare and at thousands of other websites, as well as eBay. PayPal is a safer way to pay online because you don’t have to keep entering your card details, which means you can also check out faster. For know we can take Visa over the phone and at our warehouse store in Deansgrange should you prefer that payment method. In time, you will also be able to pay by Visa on line.

Delivery

Lovencare ships to Ireland (incl. Northern Ireland) Uk and Europe. The prices on the website include delivery to Ireland. All products are packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery. There is a small extra charge on some items to send to the UK or Europe. Please ask at time of purchase. Delivery will be made within 3 days through our delivery partner Fastway Couriers from time of purchase. Delivery times may vary during traditionally busy delivery dates such as Christmas. Orders are shipped and delivery are made within normal working hours and we cannot provide a specific delivery time. It will be necessary for somebody to be available to receive the goods on delivery. Where there is no-one available to receive the goods, a note may be left for you to contact the courier in order to make alternative delivery arrangements. It may be a good idea to provide a work address if no one will be home during the day. Please also provide a mobile phone number so you can be contacted by Fastway if you are not there. A track and trace number is available so you can track your order.

Returns

If for any reason you need to return all or any of the products you have purchased from us you may do so within 28 days of the date purchased. Goods must be returned unused with original packaging and all labels still attached. If the return is for a refund, we will only credit Lovencare delivery charges if the reason for refund is Lovencare’s error, or if the goods are faulty. Otherwise the delivery charge must be met by the purchaser. In this instance, if Lovencare are asked to effect a returns pickup, the delivery charge must be paid through Paypal or Visa prior to collection. When returning items for exchange an additional delivery charge will be required to re-send the exchange item. Return address for products under this returns policy is: Lovencare. Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items which have been used personalised or customer damaged merchandise.

Should you prefer to collect your goods, please feel free to come to Deansgrange. We would be delighted to give you a run through and help with assembly and instruction.

Showroom

At Deansgrange we have a warehouse showroom where we can demonstrate all our products and you have the opportunity to road test our buggys and see for your self first hand the quality and value we deliver. There is a map with directions on our Contact Us page.

Opening Times
